This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are processed for our services.

  1. Project Initiation and Advance Payment
  • All projects begin only after receiving an advance payment (generally 50% of the total project cost, unless otherwise agreed).
  • Once payment is received and the project has commenced, it signifies that the client has read, understood, and accepted all service terms and project deliverables.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers resource allocation, planning, and initial design/development work.
  1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project under the following conditions:

  • Before project commencement:
    If cancellation is requested before work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation charges (typically 10–15%).
  • After project commencement:
    Once a project is in progress, cancellation will not entitle the client to any refund. The client will, however, receive any completed work till the date of cancellation.
  • By the Company:
    Incscale Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, non-cooperation, or non-payment. In such cases, the client will be notified and eligible for a partial refund (if applicable) for unutilized services.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under genuine circumstances, at the sole discretion of Incscale Technologies Private Limited.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error (on verification, refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days).
  • Service not delivered due to company fault or inability to fulfill the project (in rare cases).

Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:

  • When the client changes their mind after project initiation.
  • When project delays are caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or lack of client communication.
  • For third-party costs such as domain, hosting, server, SSL, plugin, or ad campaign charges.
  • For SEO or digital marketing services, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
  • For partially completed or milestone-based projects where significant work has already been delivered.
  1. Modification & Change Requests
  • Any change or modification request after project scope approval will be treated as a new requirement and billed separately.
  • Additional design or feature requests beyond the agreed scope will not qualify for refund or deduction from the original project cost.
  1. Service Delivery & Support
  • Our commitment is to deliver work as per mutually agreed timelines.
  • Support or maintenance after final delivery is governed by separate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or support agreements.
  • Delays from the client’s side (content, approvals, etc.) are not considered as service failures and do not qualify for refunds.
  1. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund amount will be transferred via the same mode of payment used at the time of transaction.
  • Processing may take 7–10 business days after formal approval.
  • All bank transaction or gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
