1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services either before or after the commencement of work by submitting a written request through the company’s official communication channels (email or registered contact points).

  • Before Service Commencement:
    If cancellation is requested before any work has started, the company may approve a partial or full refund after deducting applicable administrative or onboarding charges.
  • After Service Commencement:
    If the service has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of the project, work completed, and resources utilized. Refunds, if any, will be processed only after deducting charges for work already performed, consultation provided, and any incurred costs.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be processed only after a formal cancellation request has been reviewed and approved by Incscale Technologies Private Limited.

  • The company reserves the right to evaluate the scope of work completed, time invested, and resources utilized before determining the refund amount.
  • Applicable deductions may include, but are not limited to:
    • Administrative and onboarding charges
    • Consultation and service fees
    • Third-party costs (if any)
    • Payment gateway charges (non-refundable)

Any eligible refund amount will be processed within 7–15 business days from the date of approval and will be credited via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Government fees, registration charges, or statutory payments
  • Third-party services (domain, hosting, software licenses, APIs, etc.)
  • Customized or fully delivered digital services
  • Completed project milestones or delivered work

4. No Guarantee Clause

While Incscale Technologies Private Limited strives to deliver high-quality services, the company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, approvals, or results. Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction related to outcomes beyond the company’s control.


5. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding cancellation or refunds, the client agrees to first contact the company to seek resolution. The company’s decision, based on its internal evaluation and policies, shall be final and binding.
